Simply attach your automatic watch to the T-bracket and turn clockwise or anti-clockwise behind.
MODE 1: Off Mode
MODE 2: Rotate clockwise for 2 minutes, rest for 8 minutes, then repeat.
MODE 3: Rotate counter-clockwise for 3 minutes, rest for 8 minutes, then repeat.
